| Additional info | Life Cycle Services (LCS) is the department for customer services in Aker Yards AS, Offshore & Specialized Vessels (OSV). LCS are responsible for the after market activity with sales of services, parts and equipment, including Aker Yards Electros After Sales activity. This includes also the warranty processing service for our new buildings through the warranty period. Our activity's covers the total range ofmaterials supply and services for our customers new buildings and ships in operation. Our equipment packages are acc. to the SFI group standard for shipbuilding (group 1-9)We use the advantage in our Aker Yards agreements towards our subcontractors, to give you the best price for ordering parts and equipment trough LCS. The coordination of the ordering through our logistics management services, gives the opportunity for our customers to have only one point of contact for all their ordering's to the ships. |
